Ingredients:
- 10 lbs ground beef
- 1 lbs grated cheddar cheese
- 4 cans drained tuna
- 1 jar peanut butter
- 2 cups molasses
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 box knox gelatin
- 2 cups cooked pumpkin (not canned pumpkin)
- 3 cups cottage cheese
- 8 oz of dehydrated potato flakes (or plain instant mashed potato)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and roll them into medium sized meatballs. Serve raw or freeze pre-formed satin balls in weighed portions.
