Ingredients:
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 1 large potato or sweet potato, diced
- 1 medium carrot grated or diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp brown rice flour
Method:
Saute the meat in a large pot until cooked. Add the vegetables, two cups of water and bring to a boil. Dissolve 1 tbsp of brown rice flour in 1/4 cup of tap water and mix into the ground beef to thicken the stew. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until all the vegetables are soft cooked.
